Public Relations Moscow

Public Relations showcases the work of a selection of young Russian and Dutch artists who work within a wide range of the arts. During the exhibition, which is based on the appearance of a café, the artists create work which aims to facilitate interaction between people. This interaction is stimulated through a versatile program of workshops, lectures and parties.

Overtreders W have designed the benches, tables and cupboards for the temporary exhibition. The wheelbarrow furniture can be moved around to re-arrange the exhibition for every event. The seatings and the backrests of the benches were made out of colourful rope that is comfortable to sit on. The high backrests of the benches create intimate tiny rooms for dinners and workshops, without completely shutting of the space.
